The TRW Automotive has entered into a £40 million-plus dealsale leaseback of their site in Shirley, Solihull in the West Midlands industrial heartland of the UK with Opus Land and Frontier Estates. The car parts firm has agreed to lease back of its premises for a 17-year term. The former Lucas site on the A34 Stratford Road includes 180,000 sq ft of office space, along with 25 acres of development land. Opus and their local development partner plan to create a prime business park at the site on the additional land.
