Cesky Telecom has announced plans to sell and lease back property worth around 11bn kroner (€332m). The sale is the largest in the domestic property market and will be undertaken to assist the company cut costs and mobilise cash flow. No further details are as yet available but a piecemeal approach is apparently possible. The sale process is expected to take one year and to take three to six months to prepare.
