Roal & SunAlliance Seeking £36 Million Sale Leaseback of Headquarters in Liverpool
The Liverpool Daily Post & Echo reports that ROYAL & SunAlliance is asking £36 million for its New Hall Place headquarters in Liverpool. The insurer intends to lease back about 290,000 square feet of the 390,000 square foot 1970s modernist building.
