National Grid Seeking £28 Million Sale Leaseback of Offices in Northampton

Estates Gazette reports that National Grid has put a second office building up for sale after the successful £60m sale-leaseback of its Warwick HQ. The group has put its 100,000 sq ft Lakeside House in Northampton on the market for £28m seeking a 5.47% yield in exchange for a 15-year lease on the property.
