Investment group Ansbacher plans to carry out a sale and leaseback of its 52,000 sq ft office at 2 London Bridge on London’s South Bank. It is offering a 25-year lease with a 20-year break with an annual income of around £2.2m, guaranteed by the Qatar National Bank. CB Richard Ellis is advising Ansbacher.
