Bertelsmann Planning £50 Million Sale Leaseback of Publishing Division HQ in London

Estates Gazette has reported that media giant Bertelsmann has hired CB Richard Ellis to offer a 15-year sale leaseback of the 58,500 sq ft London headquarters of its Random House publishing division.
