Fund managers IVG Asticus and AAIM are under offer to buy Nomura House at 1 St Martin’s Le Grand in the City of London. The two parties have a two-week timetable in which to complete on the 275,000 sq ft building and lease it back to Japanese bank Nomura for around £235m at a yield of around 5%. All parties declined to comment.
